Great post! I am a huge fan of nasal irrigation and things like a neti pot. But if your problems are severe or chronic it’s nothing to mess w/ – talk to a good doc!

I come from a long line of sinusitis sufferers. collectively we have tried just about everything. Some are able to keep it at bay w/ nasal rinsing and neti pots, others have it chronic and have had to face a choice between sinus surgery or balloon sinuplasty.

But I always say that it’s best to start w/ “home” typed remedies and see how it goes from there!
